Refund Policy

Creation Cosmetics wants you to enjoy the products you purchase from us, and we want you to be happy with what you receive. However, due to the nature of our business we can only offer refunds on unopened product within 14 days of order fulfillment (when the product leaves our facilities). The product must be returned to us at the customers expense before a refund can be issued.

If you receive a damaged or defective product from us please contact us at the earliest opportunity through the “contact us” page on our site (creationcosmetics.ca). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
